Refund policy

At LoveCrumble, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, our Returns & Refunds Policy lasts 14 days after your order date.

Eligibility for Refund:

To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging

Incorrect Size Orders:

If you have ordered an incorrect size and would like a replacement:

  • You will need to return the item first
  • We'll ship out the correct size to you

Returns Process:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@lovecrumble.co.uk
  2. Return Your Item: Return the item as described above, including a note with your order number: 196 Queens Road, Buckhurst Hill, Essex, IG9 5AX
  3. You are refunded: Within 5 working days
  4. Voila, Simple!

Refunds:

Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 business days.
